    This one is tricky because people don't think about it as a country, but it certainly is. At about 2/10ths of a square mile, Vatican City, also known as, The Holy See, is the smallest country in the world.

    Trivia hosts love this one because it's another tricky one, but don't be fooled. This steep monumental stairway of 135 steps is a cultural heritage site and tourist attraction in Rome, Italy.


  5. What is the national capital of Australia?

  6. What is the longest river in the world?

    There's no denying it! The longest river is the Nile! It beats out the Amazon by about 150 miles in length.


  7. What is the longest river in the United States?

    In the United States, the Missouri is the longest river, but just barely. According to Wikipedia it is just one mile longer than the Mississippi. Rivers are constantly shifting so the best we can say is keep an eye on this one!


  8. What is the largest airport in terms of area in the United States?

    At over 52 square miles, Denver International Airport is about twice the size of the next biggest airport on the list, Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport. Situated in the center of the country, Denver is in an ideal "hub airport" location. As such, Denver handles about 78 million passengers each year. It is the US's 3rd busiest airport and the 6th busiest in the world.

    At just under 600,000 people, Wyoming has the lowest population of any US State.


  10. What are the names of the five Great Lakes?

    The Great Lakes are the largest group of freshwater lakes on Earth by total area and the second-largest by total volume. They contain about 20% of the world's surface fresh water by volume. They are: Lake Superior, Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Lake Michigan, and Lake Huron. Bonus: Lake Michigan is the only Great Lake that is entirely within the United States.
